Hello, and welcome to the new look excitador.com. If you're a regular here you'll probably notice a lot of changes. If you're a first time visitor, welcome aboard!

A little reminder of what excitador is all about: The Art of Driving. Not transport, not simple A to B, but driving for the sake of it, for the thrill of it, for the love of it. Sometimes it's nailing the apex carrying enough speed to start a four wheel drift, or spending a sunny afternoon on a winding coastal road with the windows down; sometimes it's a deserted freeway at four in the morning. If you know the feeling, you know it's like a drug; excitador is here to support your habit.

Lots has been going on behind the scenes here, but the short story is: The site has been redesigned from the ground up, giving us a much better layout to work with and a lot more room to grow. You can expect to see new articles every week, and we'll be keeping you up to date on all the latest driving news from around the world. On top of that, over the coming weeks we'll be introducing a bunch of exciting new features, so keep checking in, and spread the word!

You'll see our regulars are back: There's the Drivers Briefing where we offer tips on a wide range of driving topics and the ever popular Roads series, profiles some of the worlds best public roads and race tracks. In Car of the Week we take some time to celebrate the cars that make driving so much fun. New, old, supercar, or hatchback, rest assured that if it's worth driving, it'll eventually turn up here. We'll also be answering a new readers question each week, so if there's something about driving that you want to know, ask away!

Also in the works are some exciting feature series on motorsports, hand built cars and some interesting interviews. We've even got our own project car and we'll be giving a detailed, blow by blow account of how we take a good car and turn it into a great one.
